Pet Heaven is a peaceful digital world where pets continue through memory, community and story. This policy explains what information we use to provide that experience and how you can ask us about it.

Information we collect
Depending on how you use Pet Heaven, we may receive your account email and basic profile information from an authentication provider such as Google or Facebook; Heaven details, photos, memories, stories and messages that you choose to submit; and technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
We use information to create and display Heavens according to the visibility you choose, authenticate account actions, provide owner management and community features, prevent abuse, respond to privacy requests, and maintain service security and performance.
Visibility and sharing
Public Heavens and public content can be viewed through their shareable link. Unlisted and private content is protected by the access rules shown in the product. We do not make private Heaven content public for advertising. Please do not submit passwords, authentication links or information about another person without permission.
Authentication providers
If you choose Google or Facebook sign-in, the provider authenticates your account and shares the profile information described in its consent screen. We use that information to create or sign in to your Pet Heaven account. Provider terms and privacy policies also apply to their services.
Retention and requests
We retain account and Heaven information while it is needed to provide the service and meet operational, safety or legal requirements. Deactivating a Heaven pauses access; it is not the same as permanent erasure. To request access, correction, export, account closure or erasure review, use our privacy request form.
