For the ones we carry with us

If you have come here because someone small and beloved is missing, you do not have to explain everything first.

Losing a pet can leave a very quiet space.

They were family. When they are gone, the world can look the same and still feel completely changed. One familiar presence is missing from all of it. We know that quiet because we have lived through it too. Pet Heaven began with a simple hope: that love should have somewhere to remain.

Create their Heaven — free

Start with their name and one memory. You can choose how to share it next.

Share their Heaven with the people who loved them. They can visit and leave a free Light. People who want to share their own words can sign in to leave a message — while you keep control of each part of their story.

The days after goodbye

There is no neat way through missing them.

Some mornings arrive gently. Some do not. You may feel peaceful for an hour, then be undone by a leash, a photograph or the sound of a familiar name. This is not going backwards. It is what it means to have loved deeply.

The house remembers before you do

Their bowl is still there. A patch of sunlight still falls across the floor. For a while, you may hear a sound and look up, expecting them. Grief can live in these ordinary moments — in the places where love had become part of the day.

Everyone carries the loss differently

One person may need to tell every story. Another may not be ready to speak. A child may ask where they are, then run outside to play. None of these responses is a measure of love. There is no wrong way to miss someone who mattered.

Their smallest details are their own kind of language

The crooked grin. The dramatic sigh. The way they waited by the door, stole the warmest place, or knew when you had a hard day. These are not small things. They are the shape of a life shared together.

Why Pet Heaven exists

Some love stories deserve a world of their own.

We created Pet Heaven because losing a pet can leave a family carrying more love than it knows where to put. They were there for the ordinary days: school mornings, late nights, bad news, celebrations, quiet cups of tea. Their life was woven into yours in a thousand almost invisible ways.

We wanted to make more than a page of dates. We wanted a place for the photograph where they look completely themselves, the story that still makes everyone laugh, and the memory that is too tender to explain yet. A place their people can visit, remember together and leave a Light — while you choose which memories are ready to be shared and which remain yours.

Their Heaven can become a place others return to, too. You might share the link with your family group: a sister can leave a Light, a friend can sign in to leave a message, and someone who never got to meet them can still learn their name.

As Pet Heaven grows, new ways of remembering may help bring the stories you choose to share to life. Always imaginative and human-made — never a message from your pet, and never a claim about what happens after life.

What happens next

A place to share, visit and return to.

Share their Heaven

Send one stable link to the people who knew them and invite them into their story.

People leave a Light

Friends and family can visit and leave a free Light. If they want to share their own words, they can sign in to leave a message.

Come back together

New Lights and messages give everyone a gentle reason to return to the life they shared.

When words are difficult

You can begin with what you remember first.

You do not need to write a life story today. You do not need to make a decision about how you will feel next week. One true detail is enough to open a door.

Choose one favourite photo

Write down one thing only they used to do

Share their name with someone who loved them too

Begin with one memory. Return for another when it comes. There is no deadline on remembering.

For children and families

They belonged to all of you.

Children often remember through details: the game they played, the warm spot on the couch, the sound of a collar at the door. They may not have the words for missing someone, but they may draw them, ask about them, or want to hear the same story again and again.

There can be sadness in these moments, but there can also be laughter — the kind that arrives unexpectedly and feels, for a second, like a gift. Looking at photos, drawing together and telling stories gives a family room for both. No one has to grieve in the same way to belong to the same love.

The love did not end at goodbye.

Give their memories somewhere gentle to gather. Welcome the people who loved them, let them leave a Light and share a message when they are ready, and keep individual photos or stories private whenever they need to remain yours.
