User Data Deletion
You can ask Pet Heaven to review and delete personal information associated with your account. We verify requests before taking action so that nobody else can delete or access your Heaven.

How to request deletion
When the privacy request form is available, select the account closure or erasure review request type and provide the account email and enough information for us to verify the request.
If the form says that privacy requests are temporarily unavailable, email the Pet Heaven privacy operations contact instead. The P1 intake channel and manual rehearsal are still being operationally verified, so email acknowledgement targets apply only after a request is received. Include your account email, request type and Heaven or account reference if available. Do not include a password, Magic Link, private photo, Message body or sensitive attachment, and do not send evidence through a public link.
What happens next
A named operator reviews the request, may contact you for identity verification, and records the request and outcome. The P1 operational target is acknowledgement within one business day and a progress update within five business days. Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or an active safety investigation; if so, we will explain the applicable reason.
Heaven deactivation
Owner-controlled Deactivate is an immediate access and visibility control. It pauses public and community access but does not itself erase photos, memories, messages, activity or story. A deletion request must be made separately through the process above.
